Circles of Support
At Boomerang Cares, this is how we do what we do. Our Circle of Support brings together dedicated partners, local ISDs, counselors, and community resources—working hand-in-hand to make sure help is there when it’s needed most. It’s the heart of every impact we make.
When You Need A Hand,
We Are Here!
Life can change in an instant—and when it does, Boomerang Cares is here to help families in Collin County navigate those unexpected turns with dignity, compassion, and care.
Our support often begins through local ISD referrals—counselors, educators, and staff who know their students best. But we also know that needs don’t always fit neatly into school walls. Whether you’re a parent, guardian, or community member caring for a child in Collin County, this is a space where you can ask for help.
Through our Circles of Support, families can request assistance for a wide range of needs—from groceries and phone cards, to school supplies, transportation, or emergency aid. While we may not be able to fulfill every request, we promise to listen, respond, and do our best.
Apply For AssistanceHow It Works!
Once your request is submitted, we’ll review it and follow up within 48 hours if we are able to help.
If approved, funds are paid directly to the vendor or organization (e.g., utility company, landlord, school, etc.). If we are not able to assist, we’ll provide referrals and connections to other trusted local resources who may be able to step in.
Because no family should face hardship alone—and in this community, kindness always comes full circle.
What We Can Help With Quickly.
We’re here to respond quickly when families face urgent needs or unforeseen circumstances. Requests for things like groceries, rent, help with utilities, transportation, and basic essentials are often the easiest for us to support right away.
But every family’s situation is unique—and we’re open to helping in other meaningful ways, too. If you’re not sure if your need fits, go ahead and apply. We promise to listen with care and do our best to help or connect you to someone who can.
